- 1 lime wedge
- 1 large oyster, in the shell
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 dash seafood cocktail sauce
Squeeze the lime juice into a shot glass.
Shuck the oyster and slide it into the glass, juices and all.
Add the remaining ingredients in the order listed and enjoy in a single bite.
Repeat as needed.
